An outline business case was recently agreed at the Essex Partnership Board to realise a new partnership approach to developing housing on Public Sector land across towns, Districts and the County.
This is a top priority locally and nationally. The Network will contribute £10k to kick start the initial feasibility study.

January 8th - The Greater Essex Employment and Skills Board met at County Hall in Chelmsford. Discussions included agreeing the Board’s priorities for action, including initial recommendations for use of the Essex Skills Investment Fund.
This week we have shared our successes with the Treasury, celebrated new Time Banks and investigated robust ways to measure outcomes.
November 22nd – the Whole Place Oversight and Implementation Group met in Chester and agreed actions to ensure greater influence across Whitehall, assisted by work in Essex and the other three Whole Place pilots to evaluate and scale-up delivery.
